Great Cornerstone was founded in 2002 by father and son, Carl and Brent Gibson. Carl has more than forty years experience in the insurance industry and has watched many changes take place. This experience is one thing, but not the only thing, that elevates Great Cornerstone above the competition. From the beginning, Carl believed in a 100% commitment to providing the highest level of customer service 100% of the time while offering competitive and beneficial products.

Many companies promote outstanding customer service as a core value, but Great Cornerstone practices it every day.  From the simplest act of actually having a person answer the phone rather than an automated system and paying claims quickly and accurately, Great Cornerstone has mastered the details in putting the client first. Although what started as a small local family business has grown, the friendly, customer-minded philosophies still ring true today. From the claims processor to upper level management, Great Cornerstone goes above and beyond to make sure the customer's needs are met in a timely manner.

Carl has now passed the torch and remains an active Chairman, while Brent, President, oversees the day to day operations. With more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry, Brent is continuing Carl's promise of strong service, competitive products and lasting relationships while keeping up with industry trends and cutting edge technology.
